Program Overview
At Rifad, we are working to redefine the educational landscape in Syria, in alignment with Decree No. 148 issued on August 25, 2025, which aims to qualify and empower administrative and teaching staff.
In collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor of the Syrian Arab Republic, Rifad Educational Foundation implements a comprehensive training program targeting the educational, administrative, and supervisory staff nominated by the ministries.
